At UrAuthentic, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. As a small business focused on authentic and handcrafted fashion, we currently offer returns or refunds only in the event of defects or incorrect items received.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective

  • The item is not what you ordered

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selections (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

  • Change of mind

  • Sale or clearance items

2. Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

Please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days to confirm the next steps.

4. Return Process

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

5. Refunds or Replacements

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will:

  • Ship a replacement if stock is available

  • Or issue a refund to your original payment method (if a replacement is not possible)

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
